PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost required for producing a rolling operation means and to miniaturize the rolling operation means. SOLUTION: This rolling operation apparatus is equipped with a rolling operation means 11 for carrying out a rolling operation of a ground operation apparatus in a longitudinal direction relatively to a traveling machine body around a shaft center, with a motor 13 changeable from a normal to a reverse direction and a rotor A driven by the motor 13 at the side of the traveling main body, with a left wire 17 for raising the left side of the ground operation apparatus and rolling the ground operation apparatus by taking up the ground operation apparatus on the rotor A with the normal rotation of the rotor A and a right wire 17R for raising the right side of the ground operation apparatus and rolling the ground operation apparatus by taking up the ground operation apparatus on the rotor A with the reverse rotation of the rotor A. The rotor A is furnished with a projection 22 wide in the rotation direction and with limit switches 23L and 23R for rolling limitation detection which are pressed and operated by the projection 22 when the projection 22 is rotated to a rolling limit.
