PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a construction of a planting conductive frame in a planting device of a rice transplanter that multiple-row planting is easy. SOLUTION: In the rice transplanter, the planting conductive frame 20 which internally installs a transmission mechanism transmitting power to a rotary planting device 21 is constructed as follows: pipes 57, 55L 55R are constructed in a gate-shape via cross pipe joints 40, 41 when viewed from above; the pipes having the larger pipe diameter out of the lateral pipes 40a, 41a and the vertical pipes 40b, 41b constructing the cross pipe joints 40, 41 are placed in the lateral direction of the machine body; and further three bevel gears 49, 50, 72 in the cross pipe joint 40 of a unit for inputting seedlings to the planting device 15 are engaged with each other in such a manner that they form a roughly U-shape to leave one side open.
