PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for protection against harmful insect by very safe carbonization in order to solve problems such as evasion of harmful insect, effect-lasting time, environmental load or influences on a human body of agents used for the evasion against harmful insect and insecticide. SOLUTION: After spraying a disaster preventive agent and a carbonization promotor of a natural material, they are carbonized by heating to realize a repellent effect against the harmful insect for a long period of time.
