METHOD OF RECYCLING PAPER BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently correct a paper board being in an uneven state after use. SOLUTION: The method of recycling paper board comprises the following processes. The paper board is inspected for its recyclability. Both surfaces of the paper board are wetted to such a degree that water does not infiltrate into specially made core paper. The both surfaces of a liner of the paper board are rubbed with a sponge like member to wipe the soil. The paper board is heated from both surface sides of the paper board at 60-100 deg.C surface temperature and pressed under <=60 ton/m2 pressure. Finally the paper board is cooled and dehumidified.
