PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect an electrode of an actuator and a driving circuit easily and inexpensively by bonding a substrate with the driving circuit mounted and the actuator part with an ink chamber formed so as to facilitate achievement of the high integration. SOLUTION: An ink-jet head 1 comprises a substrate 2, an actuator part 3 and a cover plate 4 bonded with each other. The substrate 2 and the actuator part 3 are bonded such that a connection terminal 5 projected on the surface of the substrate 2 and an electrode connection part are bonded electrically, and an epoxy based adhesive 8 is provided in the gap between the substrate 2 and the actuator part 3 for reinforcing the electric connection between the connection terminal 5 and the electrode connection part as well as for preventing leakage of an ink from a through hole (common ink chamber) 2c and an ink chamber 6.
