PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of the reliability of a compressor which is caused when a refrigerant is overheated during a residual heat expelling operation after stoppage of combustion, and decomposed in an air conditioner provided with a refrigerant heater. SOLUTION: In case that a compressor is stopped during carrying out a residual heat expelling operation and a compressor delay operation for protecting appliances, the operation of a combustion air supply blower is stopped simultaneously with stoppage of the compressor, thus stopping the residual heat expelling operation. Due to such a construction, the reliability of the compressor is ensured by preventing a phenomenon that the temperature of a heat exchanger of a refrigerant heater is elevated by an exhaust heat generated by the residual heat expelling operation and the refrigerant is overheated and decomposed. |
