PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate which suppresses thermal diffusion at the interface between a photosensitive layer and a substrate. SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate is obtained by disposing a photosensitive layer containing an IR absorbent and a high molecular compound insoluble in water and soluble in an aqueous alkali solution and having solubility in an alkali developing solution varied by exposure with IR laser beam on an aluminum substrate obtained by subjecting an aluminum plate to surface roughening treatment and anodic oxidation. The photosensitive layer and the substrate are kept in partial contact with each other. |
