PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form using system which allows a user to easily form an electronic document and electrically presenting it via a network or the like. SOLUTION: An electronic form and a program for controlling the display function of a client 2 embedded in the electronic form are transmitted from a server system 10. When the user clicks a command button 21 to change the page of the electronic document displayed on the display device of the client 2, a prescribed condition judgment is conducted, and the page to be newly displayed is determined and displayed.
