PURPOSE:To secure a transmission of the charge information signal without no effect given to the call meter due to the meter pulse for charge information transmission for the concentrated automatic charging, by providing a discriminating function to decide a concentration automatic charging or a call meter record to the common control unit connection marker along with a circuit which sends the information to the charge information transmission unit.
