<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system capable of stably supplying power of a predetermined amount to a power system with to an infinitesimal power change or an abrupt power change of a generator. SOLUTION: The power generating system comprises the generator driven by a natural energy such as a wind power; a wave motion or the like for generating a power to transmit power to the power system; a rotating machine connected to a flywheel to convert the power into an electric power to compensate for power of the generator; and a power change suppressing means for extracting a power change waveform increasing or decreasing in association with a change of an electric power amount generated from the generator, forming a power waveform smoothly changing based on the power change waveform, and calculating the power change waveform and the power waveform to decide the power amount to be compensated by the rotary machine. Thus, the power amount can be easily compensated for a relatively large power change from the abrupt or infinitesimal power change. Hence, the power generating system for stably supplying the power of the predetermined amount to the power system with high reliability can be realized.</p> |
