<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of inputting the starting place and the arrival place in a schedule by a user at every time. SOLUTION: When a schedule A' just before a schedule A inputted by a staff exists as shown in a drawing 9(a), a place X similar to the arrival place of the schedule A' is set as the start place of the inputted schedule A. When the schedule A' does not exist, the place of the business trip Y is set as the default value of the start place when the staff is in the middle of the business trip as shown in a drawing (b). When he or she is not in the middle of the business trip as shown in a drawing (c), a working place Z is set as the default value of the start place. When the staff is in the middle of the business trip, the start place Y is set as the default value of the start place as shown in a drawing (d) on the arrival place. When he or she is not in the middle of the business trip as shown in a drawing (e), the working place Z is set as the default value of the start place.</p> |
