PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing mechanism which can be easily operated, and for preventing the generation of toner peel which probably drops into a toner container. SOLUTION: The replenishing mechanism is provided with a replenishing opening formed in the top of the toner container 10, a drawer 12 for opening/ closing the replenishing opening, a spout 18 formed in a refill container 86 and closed by a slider 16, and a mount structure 14 where the spout 18 is mounted on the toner container 10 while positioning the spout above the replenishing opening so that the slider 16 may be engaged with the recessed part of the drawer 12, and also, the slider 16 may be moved with the drawer so as to open the spout in the case the drawer is moved to the open position, then, the toner powder drops into the toner container, the upper surface of the slider 16 is covered with a foil 76 projecting over the trailing edge of the slider, and overlaid on the edge adjacent to the recessed part of the drawer 12. |
