PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath apparatus capable of preventing hot water from being introduced into a bathtub while leaving a detergent behind in the bath apparatus in which it, includes a bathtub cleaning apparatus for cleaning the bathtub by injecting a cleaning solution from a nozzle provided in the bathtub. SOLUTION: A bathtub cleaning apparatus includes water amount detection means for detecting the amount of discharge of water from a nozzle, which means judges whether or not the amount of discharge of rinsing water is insufficient, and if it is insufficient, then hot water introduction into the bathtub after the bathtub is cleaned is interrupted. Accordingly, hot water is prevented from being poured into the bathtub while leaving a detergent behind owing to bad rinsing. Wastefull hot water introduction is eliminated.
