PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure and a building unit capable of improving a sense of walking while keeping sound insulation effect and fire resistance and, at the same time, also reducing an impact sound. SOLUTION: The floor structure is constituted of a light-weight cellular concrete board 12. A floor joist plywood 14 having an elastic body layer 13 on the lower surface thereof is placed on the light-weight cellular concrete board 12 at a regular interval, and a floor face material 15 is placed on the floor joist plywood 14. Since the floor face material 15 can be deformed through the elastic body layer 13, i.e., cushioning efficiency can be ensured, the sense of walking can be improved when a person walks on the floor face material 15. The impulsive sound can be also reduced by the elastic body layer 13. Accordingly, while keeping sound insulating effect and fire resistance, the sense of walking can be improved and, at the same time, the impact sound can be reduced.
