PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the quality accuracy of a circuit substrate used for an internal circuit in a junction box. SOLUTION: The circuit substrate 18, in which a bus bar 17 is molded out of an insulation resin J, is used in the internal circuit stored in the junction box. The band-shaped circuit section 17b of the bus bar 17 is formed with a downwardly protruding section 17d to increase the rigidity of the bus bat itself for the prevention of the bus bar 17 from being deformed, at injection and increase a contact area with the resin J, thereby preventing the bus bar 17 from being dislocated.
