SOLUTION: A terminal 14 can receive present data transmitted from a terminal 12 via the network N. Refusal conditions to refuse the reception of the present data transmitted from a transmitting origin are preset in the terminal 14 by a user setting processing by a present reception refusal processing program 22a. The terminal 14 judges whether or not the present data fulfills the refusal conditions by executing a present refusal processing by the present reception refusal processing program 22a when the present data is received. When the present data fulfills the refusal conditions, the reception of the present data is refused and the refusal of the reception is notified to the transmitting origin of the present data.
