PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle voice recognition device which improves a recognition rate and prevents fluctuation in the recognition rate. SOLUTION: A on-vehicle voice recognition device 1 is constituted of a voice microphone 2, a noise microphone 3, a trigger switch 4, an audio processor 5 and an electronic control unit(ECU) 6. The processor 5 is provided with a DSP 12 and a ROM 14. In the ROM 14, plural normal voice patterns and control voice patterns that are constituted of plural normal voice patterns are recorded in a condition where the patterns are divided into groups for every normal voice pattern. When the DSP 12 judges that the voice pattern detected by the microphone 2 is closest to an original voice pattern, control data are outputted to the ECU 6 to drive control the on-vehicle equipment corresponding to the normal voice patterns of the group to which the likeness voice pattern belongs.
