PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a condenser and a radiator by reducing thermal effect of a condenser for air conditioning and a radiator for cooling internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The juxtaposed integral heat exchanger comprises a condenser 1 for air conditioning which cools and condenses heating medium delivered from the compressor in refrigeration cycle, and a radiator 4 for cooling internal combustion engine wherein the condenser 1 for air conditioning comprises a high temperature side condenser 2 for cooling high temperature high pressure gaseous heating medium, and a low temperature side condenser 3 for further cooling and condensing heating medium delivered from the high temperature side condenser 2. The low temperature side condenser 3 and the radiator 4 are disposed sequentially from the upstream side toward the downstream side of fluid (cooling air A) being heat exchanged.
