PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and integrated type fluid pressure cylinder device capable of reciprocatively driving a fluid pressure cylinder and performing a low speed operation and a high speed operation. SOLUTION: This device has a double acting fluid pressure cylinder 11, a tank 33, a bi-directional pump 31, a motor 32, two pilot check valves 34 and 35 which are connected so as to form a free flow in a direction toward each supply/discharge port from the tank 33 between the two supply/discharge port and the tank 33 and are opened by pressure of each of supply/discharge ports on the other sides and a selector valve 13 for switching a backward movement side port so as to selectively connect with a forward movement side port or the supply/discharge ports. The fluid pressure cylinder 11, the tank 33, the bi-directional pump 31, the motor 32 and the two pilot check valves 34 and 35 and the selector valve 13 are integrally constituted. |
