PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that cooked items may reach high temperature due to the number of tables for containing, drying, or becoming cold by not being able to maintain the keep-warm temperature. SOLUTION: A kitchen cart is composed of a plurality of shelves, which carry tables that can be induction-heated, induction-heating coils installed for each of the shelves, an inverter circuit 21 which consists of the induction-heating coil group 17 where a plurality of the induction-heating coils 9 are connected in parallel, an inverter circuit 21 which is constituted of at least one resonance capacitor 18 and a switching element 19, and a control means 23 for outputting a drive signal to the switching element 19 according to a set point. |
