METHOD AND MECHANISM FOR USING FASTER DATA TRANSFERABLE CLIENT AS SUBSTITUTE OF SERVER IN REAL TIME DATA TRANSMISSION FROM SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that transmission requests cannot be responded due to a large load on a server, when many clients are connected simultaneously to the server. SOLUTION: When another client B during receiving the same data as streaming data requesting the server by a certain client A exists and the data can be more rapidly transferred from the client B, as compared with the case that the data is transmitted from the server to the client A; the data transmission request of the client A is switched to the client B; and a transmission load on the server is alleviated by receiving data transfer from the client B. The data is linearly relay transmitted from the server to the client A via the client B, and hence a network band can be utilized rationally.
