PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost composite viscoelastic damper for reducing the deformation of a construction due to outer force in earthquake or the like, damping its vibration and eliminating an increase in installation space. SOLUTION: The composite viscoelastic damper installed on the construction such as a building or the like for reducing the deformation of the construction due to earthquake or wind comprises a core material for supporting force in the axial direction, an end plate installed at both ends of the core material, an inner material installed on the end plate, an outer material arranged facing the inner material, and a visco-elastic material installed between the inner material and the outer material.
