PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building improving a space between an upper floor and a lower floor for living quality by giving good ventilation and daylighting to a corridor on the lower floor, and still being hardly affected by noises and vibration of a multistory parking device and eliminating the need for another path entering into the multistory parking device. SOLUTION: The building comprises a living room part 1 in an approximate U-shape in a plane view and the corridor 3 arranged along the inside of the living room part 1. The multistory parking device 5 is arranged between both ends of the corridor 3 and an access to the multistory parking device 5 is arranged on a road side. A blow-by part 8 ranging to a roof is provided in a portion encircled by the multistory parking device 5 and the corridor 3. The tips of both U-shaped ends of the corridor 3 are open to the outside and the open ceiling 8 is set to communicate with the outside via the corridor 3.
