PURPOSE: A device for controlling a tail lamp and a brake lamp is provided to prevent an accident by rapidly deciding a braking state of a front vehicle through emitting red light. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling actuation of a brake lamp comprises a light bulb holder attached to a direction indicating lamp; a half transparent plate(B1) mounted on a surface of a brake lamp; a red light bulb(L) emitting red light by being installed on the brake lamp; a reflecting plate(K) attached to a surface of a main reflecting mirror; a red circular protrusion arranged on the reflecting plate; a reflecting mirror(S) attached to the half transparent plate; a red reflecting plate(A); and an auxiliary reflecting plate(B2) having a double structure through containing the reflecting mirror and the reflecting plate. Thereby, the device for controlling the actuation of the brake lamp prevents an accident by rapidly deciding a braking state of a front vehicle through red light.
