PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a storage medium when it is left unsold in an existing sales basis, without disposing it. SOLUTION: This system for regenerating and providing a nonvolatile storage medium 1 comprises an information writing device 2 for writing optional information in the storage medium 1, and a storage medium sales management device 4 for performing a management, so as to circulate the storage medium 1 having information written by the information writing device 2 to the existing sales basis 5 and also to recirculate the storage medium 1 returned from the sales basis 5 by writing new information thereto. The storage medium 1 returned from the sales basis 5 is recovered, the new information is written in the recovered storage medium 1 by the information writing device 2, and the resulting storage medium 1 is recirculated to the sales basis 5. Accordingly, the storage medium 1 can be sold efficiently, when it is left unsold, without disposing it. |
