SOLUTION: The device is provided with a portable telephone communication network 2 connecting the portable telephone set of an information acquirement side to the internet 1 and an area information retrieval use server 11 connected to the Internet 1 having a function for retrieving information closely related to a specified area corresponding to the area code by using the domain name including the area code of a general subscriber telephone number and transmitting the intention of the information acquirement side receiving retrieved information to the server of a provider which the information calling source of information enters with broadcast communication.
