PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct a time maintained by a time maintaining part 13 in a computer and a time outputted to the outside from the time maintaining part. SOLUTION: The transfer delay T1 from a time inputting part 11 to the time maintaining part 13 via a time information transfer input interface part 12 is made to coincide with the transfer delay T2 from the maintaining part 13 to a time outputting part 15 via a time information transfer output interface part 14.
