PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy conservation by restoring only constituents required for meeting an energy saving release factor. SOLUTION: A machine is provided with a power control section 10 for supplying power to a network control section 4, a modem section 5, an operation display control section 6 and the like independently, and is also provided with an energy conservation control section 3 for operating a section 1 when detecting an energy saving release factor to notify the section 1 of the detected release factor. For example, if the release factor is a call signal detection, the section 1 stops supplying power to a read control section 7 which is not used in this factor to save the power in the section 7. Thus, the energy conservation can be improved.
