PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor excellent in secular characteristics. SOLUTION: A thermistor is connected across the gate and source of FET, and a drain current is controlled on the basis of the resistance value of the thermistor. Since a low current is supplied to the thermistor accompanied by a rise in temperature by utilizing the source voltage accompanied by this as a temperature data signal, the generation of heat in the thermistor is suppressed to constitute the temperature sensor excellent in secular characteristics.
