PURPOSE: A maintenance device for a damaged bridge using an external locked coil rope is provided to simplify the revision of deflection by introducing an upward force on the center of a span instead of a compressive force and not to be restricted by concrete strength. CONSTITUTION: The maintenance device for a damaged bridge using an external locked coil rope comprises: an anchor end(10) erected on both abutments(1) of the preinstalled bridge and provided with anchorage elements(11); a lower saddle(20) installed on the central spot of a span; and a tension member(30), passing through the lower saddle(20), tensed after anchoring to the anchorage elements(11) of the anchor end(10).
