To confirm the movements of children left in stayed-out homes periodically or on remembering and quickly take actions when unexpected accidents occur by using simple and low-cost equipment. A movements confirming/safety securing system comprising, all connected with one another over a network (2), a mobile phone (1) carried by a protector for children staying home, a home terminal (4) having a video camera (33) for picking up the movements in the home, a security company's computer (3), and a security car terminal (5) wherein the mobile phone (1) performs a first processing of accessing the home terminal (4) over the network (2) periodically or as operated by the protector to display movements in the home picked up by the video camera (33) on the display unit, and a second processing of accessing the security company's computer (3) or the security car terminal (5) to notify that the home is in an emergency condition, while the security company's computer (3) and the security car terminal (5) perform a processing of allowing the protector and a guard to communicate with other over the network (2) after receiving the notification.
