The inventive food product comprises a milk base, vitamins of group A and /or of groups D and/or E, and/or of groups B and/or C and microelements. In addition, said food comprises nicotinic acid in a quantity ranging from 0.001 to 10 mass %. A sour milk whey is used as the milk base.
