PURPOSE: A system of converting audio standards for call supporting in a portable terminal is provided to reciprocally convert an audio standard of the portable telephone terminal and an audio standard of a telephony system, so as to enable voice calls between a personal digital assistant and a general telephone. CONSTITUTION: An audio standard conversion system comprises as follows. An internal operation controller(61) responds to an external control signal to control internal system operations. A call manager(62) senses an optional call signal, and supplies corresponding call state data to a designated terminal. A data decoder(63) converts an audio signal of a portable communication terminal into digital data while talking on the phone, and converts a sound signal of a converter connected to a PC-to-phone server into an analog signal. A standard converter(64) converts an H323 standard audio signal of the PC-to-phone server into an S201 standard audio signal, and converts an S201 standard audio signal of the portable communication terminal through the data decoder(63) into an H323 standard audio signal. |
