<p>Invention describes a method of ethiological diagnosing of Candida caused diseases. The invention describes a cytochemical method where NADPh-diaphorase is detected in a smear dyed by nitro blue tetrazolium. Detection of more than two fold increase of quantity of said enzyme within cell cytoplasm permits to diagnose candidose.</p>
