PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head holder limiting the shift of the head at least in one right or left direction by fitting it to the headrest when necessary. SOLUTION: This head holder limiting the shift of the head at least in one of the right and left directions for the headrest is provided with a main body section having a limiting means limiting the shift of the head at least in one of the right and left directions when it is fitted to the headrest and a fixing means for fixing the main body section to the headrest.
