PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hook and loop fastener reducing damage of a loop. SOLUTION: This hook and loop fastener is formed by arranging loop yarn for constituting a hook having fineness of 100 to 200 denier and the ground warp adjacent to the loop yarn in the opposite phase relationship to the ground weft, and has hook density of 80 to 200 pieces/cm2.
