PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioning unit realizing coexistence of reduction of ventilation air flow resistance of a cooling heat exchanger with miniaturization of the air conditioning unit. SOLUTION: A draft air duct 5 in which draft air flows is formed in a unit case 3. The draft air duct 5 is provided with at least two cooling heat exchangers 7 for cooling the draft air, and with air introducing ducts 14, 15 for dispersing by introducing the draft air to each cooling heat exchanger 7. At least two cooling heat exchangers 7 are placed so that one portions thereof are superposed on each other with a space therebetween.
