PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device for a thermoplastic resin sheet with a capability of realizing the rapid molding of the thermoplastic resin sheet without incurring the early deterioration of an electrostatic applicator. SOLUTION: A cooling rotor 2 for cooling and setting up the thermoplastic resin sheet S extruded in a molten state is arranged below a die head 1 for melt-extruding the resin in the form of a sheet, and an electrostatic applicator 3 of a tape shape is erected above a landing point P where the resin sheet S comes into contact with the cooling rotor 2. Further, both ridge parts of the short side, on the side where the rectangular cross-section of the applicator 3 is opposed to the resin sheet S, of the applicator 3, are beveled and the beveling size L in the short side direction is set so that the relationship of the size L to the thickness T of the applicator 3 is represented by L=aT(0.05<=2<0.5). In addition, the beveling size H in the long side direction is set so that the relationship of the size H to the size L in the short side direction is represented by H=bL(0.2<=b<=2.0).
