PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert using Momordica Charantia, and to provide a method for producing the frozen dessert. SOLUTION: This frozen dessert is made through each of the following four process versions: (a) crushing Momordica Charantia put in cow milk or fermented milk, admixing the resultant with confectionery materials (e.g. fresh cream, sugar, egg yolk and the like, respectively for making ice cream), (b) adding juice or extract each extracted from Momordica Charantia to the above- mentioned confectionery materials, and stirring the mixture, (c) adding Momordica Charantia powder to the above-mentioned confectionery materials, and stirring the resultant mixture, or (d) extracting juice from Momordica Charantia stated above in (a) to (c) to make juice for being drunk after chilled. |
