PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular water-dispersible agent for disinfecting seeds, which is not dusted and can homogeneously be dispersed even in a small amount of water to easily prepare a diluted fluid having a high concentration, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This granular water-dispersible agent for disinfecting seeds, comprises an agrochemical active ingredient, a surfactant and a filler, and is characterized by controlling the water dispersibility of the granular water- dispersible agent to <=3 min, preferably <=2 min, and controlling the apparent specific gravity of the agent to >=0.4.
