PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet of an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin whose solvent resistance, impact resistance, tacky properties on a roll during processing and sticking properties of a protective layer on an edge part are improved and incineration disposal is easy when it is disposed. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet of the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin characterized by providing a surface protective layer (II) consisting of a urethane resin coating film on the surface side of a film (I) obtained by melting and kneading a resin composition comprising a amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin (A) and an epoxidized diene block copolymer (B) with epoxy groups on the main chain and forming an embossed pattern on the surface protective layer (II), is provided.
