摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a subject's safety by avoiding a damage of a living tissue by excess exciting light illumination to the tissue at a short distance in a fluorescent imaging system for imaging a self-fluorescent image generated from the tissue by illuminating the exciting light. SOLUTION: Whether an exciting light emitting end of a distal end of an endoscope is contacted with an organic tissue 10 of a part to be measured or not is detected by a contact detecting means 130. A detection signal detecting that the exciting light emitting end is contacted with the tissue 10 of the part to be measured is output to an exciting light output control means 120. The means 120 stops illuminating of the exciting light in response to the detection signal or even in a state in which the emitting end is contacted with the tissue 10, an intensity of the exciting light does not affect a damage to the tissue 10 but provides a safe strength to the subject.
