PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the improvement of reliability and the reduction of coating cost by making the finishing of the border line clear and decreasing the number of coating processes. SOLUTION: An A-colored coating film surface PA is formed on a body 12 by applying an A-colored coating material in an A-colored area coating process. In a boundary area coating process, a rotary spray head type coater 31 is arranged to be inclined to the body 12 toward the boundary area, a B- colored coating material is sprayed toward the body 12 only with the centrifugal force to form a boundary coating film surface PB1. Next, in a belt-like area coating process, the rotary spray head type coater is arranged to be inclined to face the belt-like area to form a belt-like coating film surface adjacent to the boundary coating film surface PB1 and in a remaining area coating process, an underside coating film surface adjacent to the belt-like coating film surface is formed. As a result, a definite border line BL is formed since the B-colored coating material is deposited on the surface of the body 12 without rebounding when the boundary coating surface area PB1 is coated.
