The invention refers to the stable products in the shape of effervescent tablets containing stabilized substances of effervescent core of vitamin and/or mineral content. The stabilized efervescent granulates contain inorganic salts of K/Na bicarbonate and/or K/Na carbonates and orgnic acids, limun and/or wine, vitamin granulate containg as active components vitmin C and vitamin B 2 and stabilized mineral granulates contain as active components organic and/or inorganic salts of mineral calcium, magnesium, zinc, ferrum, manganesse, selenium, etc, acceptable for oral application. The invention refers also to the procedure of producing effervescent products performed in the phase production implying individual application of effervescent stabilized granulates and stabilized granulates of vitamin and mineral content, whereas, in the first phase core is established, and in the second phase, the same is stabilized by covering with mentioned stabilizing substances. Final compositions is established by mixing combinations of stabilized granulates with defined exterior components (fillers, correctors of taste and lubricants). Formulation and definition of production procedure in processing effervescent final products secures good solvent and/or suspendibility of mentioned active components and other substances with the extraction of carbon dioxide (CO2), whereas the solution of effervescent tablet has a defined pH value, 4-5, good gastrointestinal reception and it is suitable for application in prophylaxis and therapy deficiency of vitamins and/or minerals. |
