<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the installation of a large-sized display and moreover obtain a substantially high sound pressure level when used, by enabling the arrangement place of a sounding body and the arrangement place of the display to be varied. SOLUTION: For a portable communication terminal, a piezoelectric sounding body 12 is fixed to the inner rear on a side opposite from the side provided with the display, in a housing 11; and a waveguide pipe 21, which guides sound from this piezoelectric sounding body 12 to a call receiving section 15 on the front section of the housing 11 is provided; and the sound produced in the piezoelectric sounding body 12 is led to the call receiving section 15 at the front of the housing 11 through the waveguide pipe 21 and is released to the outside of the housing 11 from its sound-releasing port 16.</p> |
