PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for cooling, where a high cooling effect is obtained as compared with a collision jet flow system. SOLUTION: A direction, in which the jet flow of a cooling fluid 100 is made to collide, is tilted with respect to an object to be cooled.
