PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cash processor from being used, while the cash in the storage box of each processing machine does not match data by finding wrong inputs or operations of the cash processor at an early stage. SOLUTION: When the opening of the door of the storage box of each processing machine of the cash processor is detected, right after the system has started, or when it is judged that previously set conditions have been effected, the processing machines are instructed to confirm the cash amounts, and the cash amounts, reported by the processing machines as confirmation results, are compared with cash data the managed; when those cash amounts and cash data do not mach each other, this is reported to an operator and the input of the choice of processing by the operator is received. The selected processing is carried out, the end result is reported to the operator by the selected processing, and the held data are updated by selected processings.
