CHARGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge management system to be easily utilized by an information receiver, an information provider and an information providing site provider. SOLUTION: The charge management system 10 is provided with a questionnaire transmission part 14 for transmitting a questionnaire concerned with information to an information receiver, an answer receiving part 16 for receiving an answer to the questionnaire and a charge amount changing part 18 for changing a charge amount to be charged to the information receiver which is stored in a storage part 12 on the basis of the answer received by the receiving part 16. The changing part 18 changes the charge amount to be charged to the information provider stored in the storage part 12 on the basis of the number of answers received by the receiving part 16. The changing part 18 changes also the charge amount to be charged to the information receiver stored in the storage part 12 on the basis of a charge amount changing instruction transmitted from the information provider receiving the answer transmitted from an answer transmission part 20.
