PURPOSE: An advertising method using a call processing standby time of a terminal in a mobile communication service is provided to prestore an advertising message, and to display the prestored advertising message for the call processing standby time of the terminal, so as to utilize the mobile communication terminal as an advertising medium. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber registering in a standby advertising service stores an advertising message in a terminal memory, and transmits a call processing request through a corresponding terminal(ST11-ST13). The terminal displays the advertising message stored in the memory on an LCD for a call processing standby time(ST14). If the subscriber presses a confirm button by seeing the displayed advertising message, the terminal moves to a corresponding HDML(Hand-Held Device Markup Language) home page(ST15-ST16). If the call processing standby time is completed by receiving a response from a mobile communication exchange, the terminal deletes the displayed advertising message, and displays a call processing result(ST17-ST19). |
