The fastening consists of a transverse link (9) connecting a pair of vertebral anchoring screws (2) and/or hooks fixed to the same vertebra, allowing temporary connectors (19) to be attached to the fastenings on a level with the spinous processes to receive a correcting rod (32) and fixing (23). The link is made from a rectangular strip bent to form a wing (10, 11) at each end with an elongated hole (13, 14) for a screw, and a bridge (12) in the middle with a hole (18) for the connector.
